I love it! You guys rock. I'm a little weary of tofu products because of how processed it is. Other than that I love your show! Your garden is awesome, too. Keep on keepin on!
Why Vegan? --because we believe animals deserve to be treated with respect and dignity
--because the meat and dairy industries are unsafely regulated, demeaning and hazardous to human workers and animals alike, not to mention that animal consumption is the stem cause to most, if not all cancers through increased genetic mutations
--because animal raising is a leading cause to many environmental problems, such as global warming, deforestation, contamination, increased use of hormones & anti-biotics, and spread of disease
Why Vagrants? --because we are all wanderers in life and in this particular culinary journey, we believe that wandering from convention will ultimately lead us to:
- more variety by challenging ourselves to work with what we've got, both locally and what we've got in the pantry
- bolder concepts by detaching ourselves from previous concepts about food and striving to cook without limits
- better relationships by inviting people to talk to us about food, to partake in meals with us, and fully experiencing food from production to consumption
